Order processing usually takes 2-5 business days before dispatch. The current delivery estimate and available shipping options are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, service interruptions, or address issues.

Tracking information will be provided when it becomes available from the carrier. Tracking updates may take several business days after dispatch to appear.

Return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and suitable for resale. Please contact hello@hollowandscale.com before sending anything back.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video where possible. We may offer a replacement, reshipment, or refund after review.

Duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the customer responsibility where applicable.ND
